Nel rispetto di quanto previsto dal Reg. (UE) 2016/679 (Regolamento Europeo per la protezione dei dati personali) Le forniamo le dovute informazioni in ordine al trattamento dei dati personali forniti. L’informativa non è da considerarsi valida per altri siti web eventualmente consultabili tramite links presenti sui siti internet a dominio del titolare, che non è da considerarsi in alcun modo responsabile dei siti internet dei terzi.

Si tratta di un’informativa che è resa ai sensi dell’ art. 13 della Reg. (UE) 2016/679 (Regolamento Europeo per la protezione dei dati personali) e si ispira anche a quanto previsto dalla Direttiva 2002/58/CE, come aggiornata dalla Direttiva 2009/136/CE, in materia di Cookies nonché a quanto previsto dal Provvedimento dell’Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali del 08.05.2014 in materia di cookies.

Qualsiasi informazione riguardante una persona fisica identificata o identificabile; si considera identificabile la persona fisica che può essere identificata, direttamente o indirettamente, con particolare riferimento a un identificativo come il nome, una mail, dati relativi all’ubicazione, un identificativo online o a uno o più elementi caratteristici della sua identità fisica, fisiologica, genetica, psichica, economica, culturale o sociale.

2. Finalità del trattamento

TITOLARE DEL TRATTAMENTO, ai sensi degli artt. 4 e 24 del Reg. UE 2016/679, è ZDR SRLS, P. IVA/C.F. 04443220241, con sede in 36100 Vicenza, Italia – Strada Pasubio n. 146, nella persona del legale rappresentante pro-tempore.

3. Modalità di trattamento dei dati

I dati di natura personale forniti, saranno oggetto di trattamento nel rispetto delle condizioni di liceità ex art. 6 Reg. UE 2016/679 per le seguenti finalità:
A) Navigazione sul presente sito web;
    Area Contatti: i dati personali conferiti dall’utente in fase di registrazione, verranno trattati per finalità connesse alla richiesta di informazioni inoltrata;

B) Previo consenso e fino a Sua opposizione, i Suoi dati verranno trattati per marketing diretto, per finalità promozionali, di comunicazione commerciale e di marketing in genere, anche mediante l’iscrizione al servizio newsletter/mailing list.

4. Rifiuto di conferimento dei dati

A parte quanto specificato per i dati di navigazione, l’utente è libero di fornire i dati personali in aree dedicate sul sito. Il conferimento dei dati personali per le finalità di cui al punto A) del presente documento informativo è necessario per perfezionare le specifiche funzionalità e fruire dei servizi offerti dal Titolare del trattamento. Il mancato conferimento dei dati personali può comportare l’impossibilità di ottenere il servizio richiesto o di fruire dei servizi offerti dal sito. Il conferimento dei dati personali ed il consenso al trattamento degli stessi per le finalità di cui al punto B) del presente documento informativo è facoltativo. 5. Comunicazione e diffusione dei dati

Lei ha il diritto, in qualunque momento, di chiedere al Titolare del trattamento l’accesso ai Suoi dati personali, la rettifica, la cancellazione degli stessi, la limitazione del trattamento. Inoltre, ha il diritto di opporsi, in qualsiasi momento, al trattamento dei suoi dati (compresi i trattamenti automatizzati, es. la profilazione) nonché alla portabilità dei suoi dati.  Fatto salvo ogni altro ricorso amministrativo e giurisdizionale, se ritiene che il trattamento dei dati che la riguardano, violi quanto previsto dal Reg. (UE) 2016/679, ai sensi dell’art. 15 lettera f) del succitato Reg. UE 2016/679, Lei ha il diritto di proporre reclamo al Garante per la protezione dei dati personali e, con riferimento all’art. 6 paragrafo 1, lettera a) e art. 9, paragrafo 2, lettera a), ha il diritto di revocare in qualsiasi momento il consenso prestato in precedenza senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento stesso.

Nel caso di richiesta di portabilità del dato il Titolare del trattamento Le fornirà in un formato strutturato, di uso comune e leggibile, da dispositivo automatico, i dati personali che la riguardano, fatto salvo i commi 3 e 4 dell’art. 20 del Reg. (UE) 2016/679.

Destinatari e categorie di destinatari dei dati

I dati di natura personale forniti potranno essere comunicati a destinatari, nominati ex art. 28 del Reg. UE 2016/679, che tratteranno i dati in qualità di responsabili e/o in qualità di persone fisiche che agiscono sotto l’autorità del Titolare e del Responsabile, al fine di ottemperare ai contratti o finalità connesse. Precisamente, i dati potranno essere comunicati a destinatari appartenenti alle seguenti categorie:

   - Soggetti che forniscono servizi per la gestione del sistema informativo e delle reti di comunicazione di ZDR SRLS;
    - Studi o Società nell’ambito di rapporti di assistenza e consulenza;

In compliance with the provisions of Reg. (EU) 2016/679 (European Regulation for the protection of personal data) we provide you with the necessary information regarding the processing of personal data provided. The information is not to be considered valid for other websites that may be consulted through links on the websites of the owner, which is not to be considered in any way responsible for the websites of third parties.

This is a statement that is made pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. The personal data provided will be processed in compliance with the conditions of lawfulness pursuant to art. 6 Reg. EU 2016/679 for the following purposes:

A) Navigation on this website;

    Contact Area: the personal data provided by the user during registration, will be processed for purposes related to the request for information forwarded;

4. Refusal to provide data

Apart from what is specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data in dedicated areas on the site. You also have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data (including automated processing, e.g. profiling) and the portability of your data.  Without prejudice to any other administrative and judicial recourse, if you believe that the processing of data concerning you, violates the provisions of Reg. (EU) 2016/679, pursuant to art. 15 letter f) of the aforementioned Reg. EU 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data and, with reference to art. 6 paragraph 1, letter a) and art. 9, paragraph 2, letter a), has the right to revoke at any time the consent previously given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing itself.

In the case of a request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you in a structured format, commonly used and readable, by automatic device, personal data concerning you, subject to paragraphs 3 and 4 of art. 20 of Reg. (EU) 2016/679.

Recipients and categories of recipients of data

The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of Reg. UE 2016/679, which will process the data as managers and/or as natural persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Controller, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes. Specifically, the data may be communicated to recipients belonging to the following categories:

   - Entities providing services for the management of the information system and communication networks of ZDR SRLS;

    - Studies or Companies within the framework of assistance and consultancy relationships;

    - Competent authorities for the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or provisions of public bodies, on request;

    - persons belonging to the distribution network;

    - Service and logistics companies supporting the sales department.
